One Desk Concept at Maricopa

As the customer enters, on the left are the self-serve material return/checkin point and new book display; directly ahead, the self-serve checkout units; to the right, more new book display. Where is the circulation desk? There isn't one. Beyond the self-serve checkout units is a single service desk for all forms of customer service. This is the Maricopa "one-desk" service model.
